The mill is quite secluted while easly reachable and not far from important ancient Roman Road the "Flaminia".

It is also very close to the northern and southern "Superstrada E45" exits and to the main roads that go across Umbria from Todi to Assisi and from Terni to Perugia.
"Molanoce" is the cartographical place-name to identify the place where the walnuts were crushed to produce oil for votive lamps, now surrounded by evocative Umbrian landscape it is able to mill grain to make flour as it used to be in the XVII° Century.

An old place to shelter hay, beside the Mill, restored with the combination of iron, wood, cork and stone, has become an elegant room to show some interesting and old objects of Umbrian family.

The old stall now entertains, in an atmosphere minimalist but warm, an ample studio apartment with a characteristic loft, once refuge of the hays.

Attached to the "Mill of Molanoce", a small and characteristic umbrian environment. A stream of water flowing trough the garden makes this a place of meditation and peace.

This was the ancient Storehouse where the sacks of corn were placed and afterwards emptied out throungh the trap-door into the hopper below. Now it is a studio-library.
